Our history with W2W goes back to the conceptualisation and installation of the first W2W project.
Our experience and dedication to personnel transfer safety and finding a better way of doing things has given us a reputation in the market for delivering successful projects.
Our equipment is all built under class survey and designed with rapid mobilisation in mind. We work independently of ship-owners and gangway manufacturers; using our unique system evaluation software to identify the best and most cost-effective combination to meet requirements.
To ensure your project runs smoothly we can provide an integrated W2W package.
In addition to overall project management, vessel selection, design, engineering, mobilisation and demobilisation assistance we can also provide additional W2W support services. This includes support to produce the policies and procedures necessary for W2W operations, provision of an experienced W2W representative to manage the offshore aspect of the project, and provision of

TSG Marine were approached by a client to assist with a “Walk to Work” (W2W) project. The work scope for which W2W operations were required was essential and therefore maximum uptime of the W2W gangway was critical. The answer was to fit two W2W gangways to the same vessel; a solution that had not been tried before.
TSG Marine delivered a “Walk to Work” (W2W) support package to facilitate essential maintenance on two fixed platforms in the North Sea. TSG Marine were engaged early in the planning process and provided project management services throughout the project lifecycle.
During an installation program for a fixed platform in the North Sea, our client experienced a problem which required “Walk to Work” (W2W) support at very short notice. Despite the client’s request for assistance being received on 22 December, TSG Marine’s extensive experience of W2W and ability to react quickly ensured a vessel was mobilised ready to commence W2W operations in just over two weeks.
